The guarantee starts on the day the worker arrives and is received, under the terms written in the recruitment contract.
On the day the worker arrives and is received, for 180 days.
The worker being free of infectious diseases, disability and pregnancy, refusing to work without legal justification, absconding, or a profession different from the one in the labor clearance.
Returns caused by the sponsor violating the Labor Law, such as not paying the salary or employing the worker in a different profession or household.
The sponsor bears 100 OMR when canceling the contract and returning the worker.
